ShopMeLah.com Return Policy
- All items sold are non-refundable once purchased.
- If your item is recieved does not work after use, please contact us within 7-days. Instructions will be given to exchange the item.
- Each purchase is only entitled 1 return. We reserve the right to reject faulty items that we deem damaged by misuse, or due to incidental damages at our discretion.
- If the item is out of stocks, store credit will be given.
- Any plastic film or packaging of product must NOT be removed due to hygiene purposes.
- In the event of wrong item was being delivered, we will replace the correct one ASAP. The return items must not be used and should be returned with the original packaging.
Do note that Products that are 'not' sealed will be tested before sending out to our customers. For sealed products it will only be tested upon request.
Steps to exchange a defective product
- Send an email to [email protected]
- In the email, please state:
- Order Number
- Name of product
- Your contact number
- Area of defects for the product
- Photo or Video defects for the product
- We promise to verify the eligibility of the return and reply to you within 24 hours.
- Once we confirm that the item is eligible for return appeal, you may go ahead and mail it back to www.ShopMeLah.com Online Shopping Seller in Singapore*
- We will reimburse you 100% of the shipping costs incurred by you once the defects are verified to be indeed eligible for an exchange**.
- If your claim is deemed eligible for exchange but there's no stock available, we will do a 100% refund for you, no questions asked.
Payment made by ATM transfers
We regret to inform you that a refund is not possible if transfer receipt is not produced, even if the transfer is approved.
*Please always keep a copy of the delivery way bill from the courier for the tracking number.
**We regret to inform that www.ShopMeLah.com Online Shopping in Singapore will reserve the right, at its own discretion, to deny any exchange if the fault is not due to manufacturing defects or is deemed due to misuse. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed if management deems the goods as being damaged by misuse.
